  I took my truck in for The Works and 2 recalls. I was told the one recall would take half a day. I dropped the truck off at 9 am and expected a call in the late afternoon. No call so I called around 6 pm. They said it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow. I received a call the next day that it was finished. When I picked it up they didn’t charge me for the works since it took so long and they were apologetic. Luckily I was off of work and did not need the truck.
