  Incredibly rude staff. Just moved to the area, and was in a time crunch to get something cleaned. Was a half hour past their 'deadline', and staff rudely told me that they wouldn't help me. Asked for a suggestion for somewhere in the area I could go, and they wouldn't offer anything. Shame, as I live a half mile away, and would have brought in plenty of business. I'll be finding somewhere else.
