  We stopped in because they were running a special on their website and we wanted to look at the facility and to confirm the special rate they were offering. Upon entering I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of chlorine originating from the indoor pool. (strike one) We were welcomed by a staff member at the the check in desk and asked how we could be helped. We explained our reason for stopping in and the response was that we had to sign in first. We explained we only want to confirm the special rate and the reply was they were not trained to answer that question and that the only person that could answer any questions on membership was currently busy. (strike two) We were told we had to sign and and wait or we could make an appointment and come back, inly then could we get a tour (strike three). We won’t be back.
