  These guys who post negative stuff about this shop need their heads examined!! I have been going to this shop for over 8 years and not once have I ever had a problem. I have 10 cars and Sam does all my work and it is truly amazing how fast and reliable he and his guys are. Utterly amazing repair shop! If as you say you are used to "rocky's" and trust "rocky" please keep using "rocky" so that Sam can free himself up to do all of my work. My only fear about Lakes Exxon is that because they are so good they will move away so that they can get a larger shop to accommodate all of his satisfied customers.
