  When I was growing up in South Jersey, Arrowhead had a great reputation for raising great players. Over the years, ownership have changed and the current owner has no idea about raising tennis players. As matter of fact, he is an internet IT person who uses this facility to run his business. He often boasts about his daughters of how great of player they are and how he flew them down to Florida for lessons( I am not sure if the owner Vanku is telling the truth or just telling lies to sell you club program membership). Arrowhead used to have great professional coaching staff but all have left or the owner let them go (Maybe good staff cost a lot?). Professional coaches that are currently teaching do not even have much playing experience nor were formerly trained in organized programs. When my child asked coach Luis for a pointer, Luis replied by saying " you need a private lesson to learn that". Are you SERIOUS??? You charge thousands of dollars and you can't simply reply to a question a child is asking without taking a private lesson? Once I've asked the owner his tennis philosophy/curriculum he went around circles on answering my question without any concrete answers. No wonder why the owner had to seek other professionals down in Florida to teach his own daughters if he did do that at all.
  This place is clean and courts are well maintained however, appearance is only deceiving until you open up inside to look at what really represents the club. If you are looking to rent for couple of hours, arrowhead is good place to play but if you have a child who is serious about tennis, you will disappoint your child to a point where s/he will want to quit tennis after Arrowhead training.
  This place is just MONEY making business. Nothing more and nothing less. Tennis is a gentleman's game and there is noting gentlemanly about this place now.
  Teaching staff living on the premise at Arrowhead building(isn't that violation of fire code in Medford?) Instructor continuously playing with his cell phone while teaching kids. I don't know why this place has turned into such a low class sub-standard club. MACHIAVELLIAN is all that I can say about this place. To make most amount of money with the lease amount of effort and investment in teaching staff. Just make the place look good and maybe people will be fooled to bring their kids?? Don't waste your time and money for your children. This is not the same Arrowhead before the current owner took over.
